Refund and Withdrawal Policy

Last updated: 22 August 2026

Your right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have 14 days to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason.

Eureka Academy is an ongoing service rather than a one-off download, so that right stays open for the full 14 days. It is not extinguished simply because you have started using the Service.

At checkout we ask you to consent to us starting immediately. Where you have given that consent and then withdraw, Article 14(3) of Directive 2011/83/EU entitles us to deduct a proportionate amount for the period already provided — for example, roughly half a month's fee if you withdraw on day fifteen of a monthly plan.

In practice we do not make that deduction. See below.

To withdraw, email support@professorpascal.com from the address on your account. You do not need to give a reason, and you do not need to use a particular form of words.

Our own refund practice

We go further than the law requires, because we would rather you not pay for something that isn't working for you:

  • First 14 days, any plan: full refund on request, no questions asked, no proportionate deduction, even if you have used the Service extensively.
  • Exam Season Pass: full refund within 14 days of purchase, on the same terms.
  • Billing errors, duplicate charges, or a failure on our side: refunded in full at any time.
  • After 14 days: cancel at any time to stop future renewals. We do not refund the current period, but you keep full access until it ends.

The only limits: we may decline a repeat refund on the same account where someone refunds and re-subscribes repeatedly, and the Exam Season Pass may be refunded once per customer.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days.

Free plan

The free plan requires no payment and can be used indefinitely. You are never charged without explicitly choosing a paid plan.
